Dear Every-SMTP-Server-Everywhere

Dear Every-SMTP-Server-Everywhere:

Please stop sending NDRs (Non-Deliverable Receipts). They were useful ten years ago before spam was a problem, but now they are almost just as bad as the spam.

Also, no, I will not click on a link in an email to verify that I am a human. So don’t bother sending me those, either.

In fact — please just stop sending out any automated email responses, no matter how important you think they are.

I appreciate your prompt action in this matter.

Sincerely,
Rick O, email user since 1993.
