I just spent the afternoon purging the last vestiges of ColdFusion from rickosborne.org and my other personal domains. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, as I was running Railo which hasn’t been updated in years. I was just begging to be hacked.

I have mixed emotions about this.

I worked with ColdFusion from late 1997 through early 2009. It’s an obsolete language now, but I don’t regret that time. I learned a ton. ColdFusion was the right solution for many problems, and it or something like it probably still is.
